Many people ask us why their brand and identity are so important.A strong and unique identity can raise your company to be a cut above your competition all by itself. However, having a strong brand takes time and lots of effort to develop. It is not just a case of redesigning a logo or rewriting a tagline. Your identity represents to your customer the reason to choose you instead of your competition.
Evoloution, not revoloution.
If you have an existing brand or identity, a re-branding execise should be considered an evolution, not a revolution. Your existing customers will then see your new identity as a new and improved version of the same you. It is easy to get too zealous when it comes to re-branding resulting in breaking your emotional ties with your existing loyal customers.
1. Singing the same tune.Make sure every part of your business is singing the same tune! That is easier said than done in larger organisations, but even in small organisations it is essential that all your customer interactions are based around your identity, reinforcing your brands key messages and confirming your identity at every opportunity.

Every design, branding or identity project is different so it is only possible to describe our approach. This is the four phase process we follow for all our design projects.
Phase I: Writing the brief.Before we begin putting pen to paper and sketching the first design ideas, we work with you to create a brief to describe your project, set some deadlines and outline your goals.
Phase II: Get design ideas.Our designers will use their creativity and design know-how to create a selection of design ideas. The best ideas are developed and further enhanced. We will share the best ideas and concepts with you as they are developed.
Phase III: Feedback and Revise.You can share the design ideas with friends and colleagues, give feedback to us, the designers, and request any changes or revisions. We can even go back to the drawing board if necessary and start all over again.
Phase IV: Select the Best.Once you have chosen your favourite design, you will receive different files depending on the type of project you run and the type of design you are requesting. For example, logo design projects recieve by default an EPS vector file, a high res JPG file and a low res JPG file. These are industry standard files.
